Customers in new fields keep surprising us with new use cases for our platform, and now we need your help to reply to the requests with elegant solutions. In addition, we want you to tell us how to build this into our everyday customer support process so it scales globally
You will be working together with our customer success managers who bear the overall account responsibility towards clients. After a problem has been solved one time it goes into our solution portfolio where the entire team can pick them up on a self-service basis so we can jump on even larger problems.
