They offer tailor-made event packages ie. planning of event concepts, participant administration, financial services, booking of event venues, catering and accommodation, exhibition services, event communication and marketing services, and mobile meeting applications.
Even Aboa has a long history they were lacking a project management system. International congresses or events usually take long to plan and are complex projects to manage. Structured information management is a must. They had also experienced the challenges of fragmented communication.
One system for business management
The cooperation between Aboa and Hailer started already during summer 2018. Aboa uses Hailer for end-to-end project management and customer relationship management.
